We Are FBC Youth!
We are a group of students grades 6-12 and leaders that meet regularly to have fun and grow closer to Jesus together! We meet weekly in the gym on Sundays from 9:00am-9:45am for Sunday School for a discussion-style Bible Study and on Wednesdays from 6-7pm for food, Bible teaching, and a group game. On Wednesday nights, we are currently going through a series on the I Am Statements of Jesus and on Sundays we are going through the book of Romans. Whether you are new to the faith, have grown up with it, or just seeking to know more about God, you are welcome here!
Our mission is to make disciples who make disciples, as Jesus commanded us in Matthew 28:19-20:
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Meeting Times:
Wednesdays - 6-7pm in the gym: Food, Games, and Bible Teaching!– We are currently going through the "I Am" Statements of Jesus!
Sunday School - 9-9:45am in the gym: Discussion-Style Bible Study!– We are currently going through the book of Romans!
Stephen joined the First Baptist Church Marionville staff in April 2026. He is graduated from Southwest Baptist University in May of 2022 with Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministry, concentrated in Youth Ministry and has been serving in youth ministry for over six years. He is passionate about the Gospel and loves working with students and seeing them grow closer to Jesus!
